Buyer Protection

When you purchase through our website, we ensure a secure and trustworthy transaction by holding your payment or freezing an equivalent amount from the seller’s deposit (Individual consignment sellers have already placed a $2,000 security deposit) until your item is delivered and you confirm that it matches the description.

If you do not confirm the order within 72 hours after the carrier marks it as delivered, the transaction will be automatically completed, and the funds will be released to the seller.

If the item does not match the listing description, you have 72 hours to report the issue. Our Buyer Protection covers eligible returns with a full refund policy.

Refund Policy

Once you receive your item, you have 72 hours to report any discrepancies via our website or directly within your order.

Need more time to verify your purchase? No problem—just contact us within the designated timeframe.

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label to send the item back to the seller. All returns must be shipped within 3 days of claim approval to qualify for a refund.

If no claim is made within 72 hours of delivery, the payment will be automatically released to the seller.

If your return package does not have a delivery scan, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to prevent funds from being released to the seller.

Once payment is finalized, all sales are considered final and are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items are eligible for returns under the following conditions:

✅ Wrong item received
✅ Item is inauthentic or counterfeit
✅ Item significantly differs from photos, description, or stated condition
✅ Unopened items (within 15 days of delivery confirmation)

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
