Return Policy

At Xoxbos, we encourage sellers to create listings with accurate descriptions of the items they are selling. If you feel that the item you received significantly differs from its description, you may request a return. We will review the return request to assess whether the item matches the description.

Please note, minor wear and tear during handling and storage is expected. Cosmetic imperfections or minor flaws (such as light scratches or dents on packaging) that do not affect the item’s functionality are not typically grounds for returns or refunds.

Return Eligibility

Return requests made within 72 hours of delivery (as per the carrier's timestamp) and before the transaction is completed will be considered for the following reasons:

  • ✅ Item is damaged during shipping
  • ✅ You received the wrong item
  • ✅ The item is counterfeit or fake
  • ✅ The item significantly differs from the photos or description
  • ✅ Unopened items (within 15 days of receipt confirmation)

If the item does not meet our return policy criteria, sellers may choose (but are not obligated) to accept the return. Non-mandatory reasons for returns include:

  • ❌ Item doesn't fit
  • ❌ Not my style
  • ❌ Item has an odor or is not clean
  • ❌ Changed my mind
  • ❌ Found a similar item elsewhere

Return Process

To help sellers receive payment promptly, we will automatically confirm the transaction within 72 hours of the carrier confirming delivery. Once the buyer or we confirm the transaction, the order is considered complete. Buyers must initiate return requests through the order status page before the transaction is marked as completed. Requests submitted outside of this channel will not pause the transaction and may not be reviewed by our customer support team.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for items under 20 lbs). The buyer must ship the item with the provided label to the designated carrier within 72 hours of receiving the label. The carrier's first scan will confirm the return. If tracking updates are not received within 7 days after approval, the return will be voided, and payment will be issued to the seller.

For items over 20 lbs, the seller must provide their own return label. The weight of the item is determined by the greater of its actual weight or volumetric weight. If a return label is not provided within 3 business days, the transaction will be canceled. If an order is marked as delivered but not received, the buyer must contact us within 72 hours of the carrier's confirmed delivery time. We will pause the transaction and work with the carrier to verify delivery.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of confirming that the buyer used our return label to ship the item back to the seller.

Return Process Abuse

Abuse of the return process by buyers or sellers may result in account restrictions and/or legal action, or denial of the return, at our discretion.

Seller Return Issues

If an item is damaged during return shipping, the seller must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item (according to the carrier's timestamp) and before the transaction is canceled. The seller must report the damage via the order status page or help center and provide all requested information and photos within 24 hours. We will review the request and take appropriate action, including withholding refunds to the buyer.
